  • Cleaning: €100
  • Water, electricity, and gas based on consumption
  • Free use of wifi

Payments

  • Advance Payment: 35% upon reservation
  • Balance: 14 days before arrival

Reservation

  • Upon reservation request, you will receive a confirmation regarding availability and options.
  • After this confirmation email, the option will be kept open for 48 hours for payment of the advance payment.
  • The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment.
  • In case of double booking, the timing of the payment is decisive.
